Orders and availability

An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your request; acceptance is confirmed when we send a dispatch confirmation unless we expressly tell you otherwise. If an item is unavailable, a payment cannot be accepted, or a material listing error occurs, we will contact you and refund any payment for an order we cannot fulfil.

Products, sizing and images
Product descriptions, available variants and measurements on the individual listing apply. Colours can appear different on different screens. Check the stated dimensions and materials before buying and contact us if information is missing. Bike-style clothing must not be assumed to provide certified protective performance unless that specific product’s listing expressly identifies the relevant certification.

Prices and payment
The store’s base currency is US dollars (USD). The currency, item prices, discounts, shipping and taxes collected by us are shown before you confirm payment. Your payment provider may charge for currency conversion. Available payment methods are those displayed at checkout.
