Destinations and charges
We serve customers in the United Kingdom and United States. Delivery availability, shipping charges and any taxes collected by us are shown at checkout before you pay. An address must be accepted at checkout for us to fulfil the order.

Dispatch and delivery
Any dispatch or delivery estimate provided on the product page, at checkout or in your order confirmation applies to your order. Delivery time depends on the destination and service selected. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. We do not offer a fixed delivery-time guarantee unless expressly stated for your order.

Order updates and delays
We send an order confirmation after checkout and dispatch information when available. Where a tracked service is used, we provide its tracking details. If we cannot meet an agreed dispatch or delivery commitment, we will contact you with the available options, including cancellation and a refund where required. If no other delivery time was agreed, UK orders will be delivered within 30 days; for US orders, we will ship within 30 days or seek your consent to a delay or provide a refund as required.

Addresses and delivery issues
Check your address before paying. Contact info@noori-hoodrich.com promptly if it needs correcting; changes may not be possible after dispatch. Tell us about missing, damaged or incorrect deliveries with your order number and any helpful photographs. We will investigate and provide an appropriate remedy; this does not limit your consumer rights.

Customs and import charges
For cross-border orders, import duties or taxes may apply. Charges collected by us are displayed at checkout. If duties are not collected at checkout, the destination authority or carrier may collect them from you. Contact us before ordering if you need clarification.
